Hawaiian Islands ( Kirkaldy 1910), Mexico (Champion 1901), Cuba ( Nieser 1967), Jamaica ( Kirkaldy 1900), Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands ( Fieber 1851b), St. Barthélemy ( Lethierry 1881), Guadeloupe, Martinique ( Kirkaldy 1904), Honduras ( Truxal 1953), Costa Rica ( Torre-Bueno 1906), Panama ( Kirkaldy 1899e), Barbados ( Nieser 1967), St. Vincent & the Grenadines ( Uhler 1893), Colombia ( Kirkaldy 1899a), Brazil ( Nieser 1970d), Ecuador ( Kirkaldy 1899a), Peru ( Truxal 1953), Bolivia ( Kirkaldy 1899d), Paraguay ( Truxal 1953).

Distribution in Peru. Amazonas ( Truxal 1953; de Abade 1960).

Notes. Originally described from “Americae Insulis” ( Fabricius 1803). Records from the Americas north of Mexico are erroneous.
