TD: holotype, male , NHMUK.

Distribution in India: Assam (Jaintia Hills), northern India ( Hauenstein et al. 2011), Meghalaya ( Joshi et al. 2021a). Global records: Bhutan ( Hauenstein et al. 2011).

Remark: Euthrix fossa mariae Zolotuhin, 2001 is from northern Thailand and Laos.
