Distribution in India: Sikkim, Karnataka, West Bengal ( Hampson 1892); Orissa (Ganjam), Karnataka, Kerala, Sikkim, Manipur ( Fletcher 1925, Irungbam et al. 2020), Meghalaya ( Joshi et al. 2021a), Maharashtra (Subhalaxmi et al. 2011). Global records: Nepal and eastern Thailand ( Irungbam et al. 2020).

Remark: Zolotuhin & Pinratana (2005) mentioned male holotype.
