TD: holotype, female , NHMUK.

Distribution in India: Uttarakhand (Nanital), North India ( Zolotuhin & Witt 2007a). Global records: Pakistan, Nepal ( Zolotuhin & Witt 2007a).

Remark: A neotype was designated by Zolotuhin & Witt (2000b) based on the information that holotype is lost. However, the holotype still exists and the neotype is set aside ( Zolotuhin & Witt 2007a).
