Immature Unguiphora
In addition to the above species and to at least six species of Polystyliphora ( Curini-Galletti, 1998; see also Faubel and Rohde, 1998), sampling in eastern Australia yielded a number of additional unguiphorid species, only found as juveniles. Albeit they showed characters adequate for species discrimination, generic placement in no case could be ascertained. However, their mention here is deemed to be of interest for a full appreciation of the diversity of Unguiphora in eastern Australia.
