Type locality: Ceylon .

Distribution in India: Tamil Nadu (Nilgiris). Global records: Sri Lanka (Gaede 1933; Arora 1976; Yakovlev 2011).

Remark: Gaede (1933) reported it from Nilgiris, and followed by Arora (1976), but Yakovlev (2011) did not mention it from India.
