Discussion

Cla. robusta was recently described from 3♂♂ and 3♀♀ collected at two localities in South Korea. Due to a very long delay in the publishing process of the original description of this taxon (Kozánek pers. comm.), it eventually was published as belonging to Moriparia , a genus already synonymized with Claraeola View in CoL by Skevington & Yeates (2001) at that stage. Hence, M. robusta has to be transferred to Claraeola View in CoL and referred to as Cla. robusta ( Kozánek, Suh & Kwon, 2003) comb. nov.

From the detailed figures of the male genitalia and female ovipositor provided by Kozánek, Suh & Kwon (2003), a secure determination of this species should be possible. Cla. robusta is closely allied to Cla. adventitia, Cla. colossus , Cla. gigantea , Cla. gigas and Cla. spinosa .
