53 Cast of an essentially complete skull and skeleton from the Kimeridge Clay (Solnhofen Shale) of Solnhofen , Bavaria. The original is the type specimen and is in the Bavarian Museum in Munich. It was described and figured by Wagner—Abh. Bayer Akad. Wiss. (1861), 9:94-102, Pl. 3.
