Length. Male: 2.8–3.0mm; female: 2.9–3.9mm.
Greenish-ochraceous (Plate I: A, B). Vertex with a central spot, two transversely striae between eyes, markings sometimes reduced to absent (Plate I: E–I). Frontoclypeus entirely black or ochraceous, obliquely striae in the lateral regions (Plate I: J). Forewing macropterous (Plate I: A, B).
Male genitalia. The darkly sclerotized part of pygofer side on posteroventral margin more than half its length, with small spines, dorsoapical margin without or with sparse small spinules ( Figs 1 View FIGURE 1 A–C); connective with arms close together distally ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1 G); aedeagus shaft gently curved dorsally ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1 H).
Female. Sternite VII produced in middle (Plate I: D).

Remarks. Based on the figures of A. orientalis ( Ishihara, 1954: 377, Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1 ), it should be a synonym of this species. Although the aedeagus apex is slightly different, this difference could be an artifact of the perspective of drawing.
