A. Marshall (1♂, 1♀, DEBU) .
Etymology: This name refers to the flipper-like cerci (Latin ‘pinna’: fin, wing).
Comments: B. pinna is found at relatively high elevations in the Ecuadorian province of Napo, in Baeza and nearby areas of cloud forest on the eastern slopes of the Andes. This species is relatively large when compared to other Bromeloecia species, but not as large as B. magna . The male cercus of B. pinna is usually found extended laterally to different degrees, and is rarely flexed inwards.
