Material examined. CHINA: Shaanxi Province: 16 males, 4 females, Zhouzhi County, Houzhenzi , old town, 33.79211°N, 107.74421°E, 1860 m, pitfall traps, 14.VIII.2007, coll. Hongliang Shi (IZ-CAS). Distribution. Ocypus neocles is at present known from Shaanxi and Henan Province.
