Ranatra curticauda , new name for Ranatra brevicauda Tran & Zettel, 2021
Etymology. The epithet is composed of the Latin adjective ‘curtus’ (short) and the Latin noun ‘cauda’ (tail). It refers to the short siphon of this species.
