Type material: Holotype female, CHINA: Yunnan Province, Lijiang, Mt. Yulong (27.0°N, 100.1 °E), Maoniuping, 1 August 2000, Dr Xiaodong Yu leg. ( IZCAS)

Etymology: The specific name derived from compound word with the Latin intro and hamatus, meaning “inwards” and “curved like a hook” respectively, and referring to the shape of the spermathecal head.

Diagnosis: This new species is similar to C. noctulus Wang et al., 1990  in the absence of the epigynal teeth and the presence of the fused copulatory ducts, but can be distinguished by the enteroid spermathecal base and the spermathecal head curved like a hook.

Description: Female. Holotype total length 6.4, prosoma 3.2 long, 2.1 wide; opisthosoma 3.2 long, 2.0 wide. Eye measurements: AME 0.08; ALE 0.13; PME 0.11; PLE 0.13; AME –AME 0.13; AME –ALE 0.08; ALE –PLE 0.05; PME –PME 0.14; PME –PLE 0.15. Clypeus 0.20. Chelicerae with 3 promarginal teeth and 2 retromarginal ( Fig. 17View FIGURES 17 – 19). Leg IV longest; leg formula: IV, II, I, III; the measurement of legs is as follows: I: 7.4 (2.2 + 2.4 + 1.7 + 1.1); II: 7.7 (2.3 + 2.6 + 1.8 + 1.0); III: 7.2 (2.1 + 2.2 + 1.9 + 1.0); IV: 9.4 (2.6 + 3.0 + 2.5 + 1.3).

Epigynal teeth absent; atrium large, situated anteriorly; copulatory ducts large and fused; spermathecae complex, with the base enteroid and the stalk X –shaped; spermathecal head large, curved like a hook ( Figs 18 –19View FIGURES 17 – 19, 32– 33).
