(2010: 807) as a later heterotypic synonym of I. todaroana Troìa & Raimondo (2009: 138) . We also feel that the further arguments presented by Ernandes & Marchiori (2012) in support of an eventual specific distintion of these two taxa are not sufficient and incomplete in geographic sampling (similar doubts are expressed also by Troìa & Greuter 2014).
