Material examined. Romania: Arge ş county: Negreşti [brook with interrupted flow], 44°57'57''N 25°05'12''E, 361 m a.s.l., 29.vii.2012, 833 3Ƥ.

Notes. Recently recorded by Berchi et al. (2012) from south-western Romania (Mehedinţi county). This second record confirms the occurrence of this species in the country. It was also rarely collected in Hungary ( Soós et al. 2009). Aspects of the hemelytral coloration pattern and the paramere are illustrated in Figs. 6 and 11 .

Distribution. Southern and central Europe, Great Britain, Ukraine (Crimea), northern Africa ( Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria), and Turkey ( Polhemus 1995; Rabitsch & Zettel 2000; Papáček 1988, 2003; Soós et al. 2009; Aukema 2011; Fent et al. 2011; Kment & Beran 2011; Berchi et al. 2012).
