Distribution: N-Ecuador, Province Pichincha, Cachabi [NHMW]; NW-Ecuador, Province Esmeraldas, 20 km NE of Lita, 250 m [MNHN]; NW-Ecuador, Province Esmeraldas, Durango [ZSMC, FH, OC].
