Diagnosis. Body small. Eyes large, antennae inconspicuous, arista slender. Wing broad, vein Sc short, ending the middle of upper margin of wing; vein R2+3 slightly shorter than vein Rs, arising from the middle of cell d, ending at apical part of vein R1; crossvein r-m absent, vein R4+5 arising from cell d; vein R4 extremely short; veins M3 and M4 converged with a long petiole. Cell sc wide open; cell br obviously longer and wider than cell bm.
