Acidiostigma tongmaiense Chen View in CoL , sp. nov.

( Figs 35–40 View FIGURES 35 – 40 )

Diagnosis. The wing pattern of this species resembles A. amoenum Wang , differing from it in cell c partly yellow with 2 hyaline spots, 1 narrow black band continuously over the middle of cell r1 and cell r2+3; the black mark in cell dm situated at the posterior part.

Female. Head ( Fig 36, 37 View FIGURES 35 – 40 ). Predominantly yellow to yellow-brown, frons slightly darker; 3 pairs of frontal and 2 pairs of orbital setae; ocellars moderately developed, almost same length as posterior orbitals. The 1st flagellomere rounded at apex; arista pubescent. Thorax ( Fig 39 View FIGURES 35 – 40 ). Entirely yellow-brown with 4 vague broad yellow to brown vittae on scutum, a vague pale yellow stripe extending from postpronotal lobe along upper margin of anepisternum to wing base; mediotergite yellow-brown. Body setae black, dorsocentral setae situated behind line of postsutural supra-alars. Legs ( Fig 35 View FIGURES 35 – 40 ). Entirely yellow, fore femora each with 5–6 posteroventral setae; mid tibia with 1 strong apical spur. Wings ( Fig 40 View FIGURES 35 – 40 ). The pattern is not Hemilea -like; cells bc and c largely yellow and with 2 vague hyaline spots in cell c; cell sc entirely dark brown, subequal in length to cell c; one broad dark brown band extending from cell sc, over crossvein R-M and posterior part of cell dm to cell cu1; 1 narrow dark brown band continuously over the middle of cell r1 and cell r2+3; having 2 distinct hyaline spots in apical mark; lobe of cell bcu short; vein R4+5 setose slightly over crossvein R-M, the latter situated well beyond the middle of cell dm. Abdomen ( Fig 38 View FIGURES 35 – 40 ). Tergites 1–3 reddish brown to dark brown, tergites 4–6 brown to black, each tergites with narrow yellow band on posterior margin; oviscape black and flattened, about the length of tergites 4–6.

Length. Body, 9.0 mm; wing, 9.1 mm.

Male. Unknown.
