Diagnosis. Cercal plate oval to pointed, shorter than surstyli. Surstylus slender, bifurcate apically. Species included in this group from China are B. gentianaella ( Zhong, 1985) , B. cercodiscoides (Fan, Zhong & Deng in Fan, 1988a), and B. unimacula Xue & Zhang, 1996 .
