Type materials. Lectotype: (here designate) female, “ Euscyrtus ogatai nsp, Det. T. Shiraki”; “Kotosho, 5- VIII-12, col. T. Shiraki”; “ Type ”; “833”.

Notes: Lectotype, female, only left fore leg and right middle leg remanded, left middle and right hind legs pinned and attached under the specimen.

Type deposited in NTUIM: Insect Museum, Department of Plant Pathology and Entomology, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan.
