Persian Gulf. Nilsson-Cantell (1938) from an unknown locality.

Gulf of Oman. Rezaie-Atagholipour et al. (2013) from Jask in Iran ( Fig. 1 ). General distribution and habitat. Indo-West Pacific; attached to the gills and mouthparts of decapod crustaceans in shallow waters ( Jones et al. 2000).
