Remarks: Hart & Hart (1974: 121) list the hosts of Uncinocythere as “crayfishes of the family Astacidae and (for U. zaruri ) a freshwater crab of the family Pseudothelphusidae .” Uncinocythere is also known to inhabit crayfishes in the family Cambaridae . Hart & Hart (1975: 45) likewise omitted Cambaridae from the list of hosts of this genus.
