( Fig. 113 View FIGURE 113 )

Holotype ♀, Thailand, Chiang Mai Province, Huai Nan Dang NP, helipad, 19° 18.33' N, 98° 36.289' E, 27.ii.2008, Anuchart & Thawatchai (voucher BCLDQ01526, Genbank JN278279 View Materials ) ( QSBG). GoogleMaps

Paratype: ♂, Thailand, Chiang Mai Province, Huai Nan Dang NP, Thung Buatung view point, 28.i.2008, 19° 17.56' N, 98° 36.029' E, Anuchart (voucher BCLDQ01499; no sequence data) ( QSBG) GoogleMaps .

Length of body 6.9 mm, of fore wing 5.5 mm and of antenna 7.9 mm.

Antenna with 38 (♀) to 44 (♂) flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres 2 x longer than wide. Occipital carina complete though weak mediodorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, anteriorly, dorsally rugulose, and precoxal sulcus hardly impressed, rugulose. Speculum area largely with shiny aciculate sculpure, with only a small completely smooth area posteroventrally. Median area of metanotum with deep oval pit posteriorly. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina present on anterior 0.6 of propodeum only. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.5 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 3 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.1 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.2 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu present as a short pigmented line, slightly antefurcal. Apex of hind tibia without comb of modified setae medially. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of first tergite weakly produced, evenly rounded. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite weak but distinct on anterior 0.3 of tergum.

Etymology. From Latin nec meaning ‘not’ and ‘subson’ in reference to it being close to but different from A. subson sp. nov.

Notes. The ♂ paratype which has not been sequenced, has more flagellomeres than the holotype female and it differs in coloration from it in having the mesoscutum incompletely black with the lines of the notauli rufous. Otherwise the two are almost identical morphologically and therefore we suspect the differences represent sexually dimorphism.
