Eunotioforma Kociolek & Burliga gen. nov. ( Figures 1–4 )

Valves arcuate, asymmetrical to the apical axis, without undulations on either of dorsal or ventral margins. Valves large (up to nearly 0.6mm in length), with broadly rounded apices. Raphe tightly curved to S-shaped, positioned with axial area primarily on valve face. Helictoglossae large. Punctate striae interrupted near valve centre. Rimportula number 2–8/valve.
