Trachynotus cincticornis Cresson, 1865: 49 .

Ophiopterus cincticornis ( Cresson, 1865) View in CoL . Assigned by Townes and Townes (1966).

Cresson described this species from a male (IES # 103) and a female deposited in the ANSP. Townes and Townes (1966: 204) designated the female in ANSP as the lectotype. The IES specimen, labeled as a female, lacks most of the wings and the hind end of the metasoma; it is presumably the male paralectotype.
