Measurements of one of the specimen from Podkarpackie voivodeship, Poland: prodorsum: length 252, width 202, height 106; setae: in 96, le 51, ro 35, ex 28, ss 73; notogaster: length 525, width 364, height 343, c 1 104, c 1/ c 1 - d 1=0.8, h l and ps l 96; genitoaggenital plate 101×88; anoadanal plate 156×76.

Diagnosis. Colour yellow. Prodorsum with median field narrow and longer than lateral fields; lateral carinae strong and long, extends beyond the sinus; sensilli narrow, fairly long, swollen in proximal half and narrow in distal half; in>le>ro>ex. Notogaster with weak and flagellate setae, c 1<c 1- d 1, setae of row c are away from the anterior margin, and c 2 is further away; vestigial setae f 1 situated posteriorly, anteriorly or at the level with setae h l; 2 pairs of lyrifissures, ia and im. Ventral region, h<h -h, genitoaggenital plate with 9 genital setae, formula: 7 (4+3): 2; distance between genital setae g 4 and g 5 greater than between other genital setae of inner margin of plate (g 1-5); anoadanal plate with five setae, setae ad l and ad 2 vestigial, anal setae longer than seta ad 3. Chaetome of legs complete.

Remark. The specimens from Pokarpackie voivodeship have slightly longer notogastral setae (for example c 3> c 2- c 3 — versus c 3<c 2- c 3 or h 1>1/2 h 1- ps 1 — versus h 1<1/2 h 1- ps 1), very long setae l’ of genua IV and different location of vestigial setae f 1 in relation to h 1 setae: in 4 specimens f 1 setae are situated posteriorly of h 1 setae, in 2 specimens anteriorly of h 1 setae and in one specimen at the level of h 1 setae.
