Lectotype (designated here):—BRAZIL. Amazonas: Manaus, mata da terra firme úmida atrás do lago Pensador, 25 October 1935, A. Ducke HJBR 29036 (RB, duplicates: F, GH, K, MG, MO, NY, P, S). Syntype: A. Ducke HJBR 29037 (K, RB, S).
Here we select as lectotype A. Ducke HJBR 29036, considering that the collection A. Ducke HJBR 29037 includes more than one specimen, collected on different dates and, therefore, is not suitable for lectotypification (Art. 8.2 of the ICNB, McNeill et al. 2006).
