Material examined. Korea, East Sea , station E8 (37°23 ʹ 55.665 ʺ N, 129°14 ʹ 57.671 ʺ E), 21 May 2016, by Van Veen Grab, collected by Raehyuk Jeong and Jisu Yeom. NIBR ID: NIBRPR0000107254 GoogleMaps .

Diagnosis. Test free, elongate, slightly triangular with rounded edges in apertural side view. Initial end acutely rounded, greatest width at near middle part of test. Chambers 144° apart, broadly embracing previous ones. Sutures distinct, depressed. Wall calcareous, hyaline, surface smooth. Aperture terminal, radiate, slightly produced in a broadly rounded way.

Remark. Guttulina neoproblema was originally described by McCulloch (1977) from the Eastern Pacific Ocean near the Gulf of California. This species seems similar to G. succincta McCulloch, 1977 , but the increasing rate of chamber size is more rapid in G. neoproblema , and the angle of the rotation axis to which chambers are added is larger in G. neoproblema . There are 41 extant Guttulina species recorded internationally. In Korea, 13 species are recorded.
