China: Guangdong: Conghua, VI.1978, Junhua He coll., 1 Ƥ [ ZJUC]; Zhaoqing, 1974, Ciwei Huang coll., 1 3 [ ZJUC]; Sihui, 8.V.1998, Yufang Liu coll., 3 Ƥ & 3 3 [ ZJUC]; Yangjiang, IX.1977, Renhuan Hou coll., 3 Ƥ [ ZJUC]; same locality, 1980, 47 Ƥ & 15 3 [ SCAU]; Shantao (= Shek Tung)[ BPBM]; Yunjishan Provincial Nature Reserve, parasitized host collected 9.VI.2002, dryinid cocooning 11.VI.2002, dryinid adult emerged 26.VI.2002, M. Olmi reared from unidentified nymph of Delphacidae , 1 Ƥ [ MOLC]; Guangzhou, Guangzhou Botanical Garden, on grass, parasitized host collected 13.VI.2002, dryinid cocooning 15.VI.2002, dryinid adult emerged 26.VI.2002, M. Olmi reared from unidentified nymph of Delphacidae , 1 Ƥ [ MOLC]; Nanling National Nature Reserve, Ruyang, rice fields, parasitized host collected 12.IX.2004, dryinid cocooning 14.IX.2004, dryinid adult emerged X.2004, M. Olmi reared from unidentified nymph of Delphacidae , 1 Ƥ [ MOLC]; Yang Jiang City, Hailing Town, 1980 [ ZJUC]; Nankunshan Provincial Nature Reserve, parasitized host collected 2.VII.2005, dryinid cocooning 4.VII.2005, M. Olmi reared from an adult of an unidentified Delphacid, 1 Ƥ [ MOLC].

Hosts. Delphacidae ( Guglielmino & Olmi 1997; He & Xu 2002): in Australia: Liburnia sp. (near Chloriona ), Sardia sp.; in India: Sogata sp.; in the Philippines, India, Japan, Sri Lanka: Nilaparvata lugens (Stål) , Sogatella furcifera (Horváth) ; in Japan: Laodelphax striatellus (Fallén) ; in Malaysia: Sogata sp., Sogatella furcifera (Horváth) ; in the Philippines: Stenocranus sp.; in China: Nilaparvata lugens (Stål) , Tarophagus proserpina (Kirkaldy) .

Distribution. Oriental, Australian. Australia, Japan and many Oriental countries, including China: Taiwan, Zhejiang, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hunan, Hainan, Guangdong ( Olmi 1984; He & Xu 2002).
