Lectotype (Reduron & al. in J. Bot. Soc. Bot. France 1: 100. 1997): Herb. Burser VII(2): 6 ( UPS) .

Current name: Ligusticum mutellina (L.) Crantz ( Apiaceae ).

Note: Leute (in Ann. Naturhist. Mus. Wien 74: 468. 1970) indicated unspecified material in LINN as “Holo-Typus”. However, 360.2 is a post-1753 addition from Scopoli, and 360.3 came from Gmelin, certainly not from Switzerland as stated by Linnaeus. Neither is original material for the name.
