Distribution in Angola (Provinces): 1) HUA; 2) BIE.

New localities reported: Calucinga (coord. not available, 1766 m alt., 189) (BIE), 17.XI.2013, 1 ♂, P. Schüle leg., PMC (P. Malec, personal communication) .
Material examined: none.
Remarks. A species within the C. glabratus group (sensu Schein 1954a). It was described from Angola ( Moser 1912) and is endemic of this country ( Schein 1954a; Krajcik 2008b). Biological and ecological data are not available for the species, but see Mudge et al. (2012) for general comments on habitat preference and abundance of some species of this genus in Ghana.
