Type locality – Mauritius.
Distribution – Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. Outside India – Mauritius, Israel and Soudia Arabia.
Hosts – Areca catechu , Brachiaria mutica , Eleusine coracana , Musa sapientum , Oryza sativa , Setaria italic and Zea mays .
