Type locality – Pakistan.
Distribution – Delhi, Punjab and West Bengal. Outside India – China, Japan, Pakistan and Taiwan. Hosts – Quercus serrata , Broussonetia papyrifera , Morus sp. , Morus alba , Morus indica , Nyctanthes arbor-tristis and Casearia tomentosa .
