DISTRIBUTION. — Cribrocentrum sp. is known only from a single specimen, occurring at Isnes, in the upper part of the Brussel Sand Formation.

DISCUSSION

The outline of this unique specimen, as well as the construction of the central network, resemble that of Cribrocentrum martinii ( Hay & Towe, 1962) , allowing its inclusion in the genus.
