Range: — Guatemala; Costa Rica to Guyana and Bolivia (CO, LP, SC).

Ecology: —Fairly common; epiphytic and saxicolous in humid forests, sometimes forming dense mats on trunks and branches; 2500–3600(–4100) m.

Notes: —Occasionally, one to several pinnae become elongate and pinnate again.
