Diagnosis. This species differs from other species of Priopoda by combination of all the following characters: 1) finely punctate, granulate and matt mesopleuron; 2) pectinate claws ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ); 3) radius intercepts pterostigma before middle; 4) rounded clypeus ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ); 5) yellowish metapleuron ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ).

Description. Male (holotype). Fore wing 7 mm long, body about 9 mm. Antenna with 42 flagellomeres. Scapus 0.77 × as long as wide. Head not narrowed behind eyes. Maximal length of temple 1.11 × transverse eye diameter; minimal length of temple 0.88 × transverse eye diameter. Face width 1.3 × height of eye; convex, medially bulging ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ). Clypeus rounded, separated from face by shallow impression ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ). Apical margin of clypeus moderately obtuse. Clypeal foveae not large. Malar space as wide as 1.2 of basal mandible width. Lower mandible tooth longer and wider than upper. Occipital carina complete, not reaching hypostomal carina. Head matt, granulate.

Mesosoma matt, granulate, sparsely setose. Propleuron without the lobe. Pronotum on sides punctate, shagreened. Epomiae absent. Notaulus quit shallowly impressed at base. Mesoscutum finely punctate. Mesopleuron shagreened and punctate. Epicnemial carina not raised strongly. Postpectal carina absent. Scutellum convex, without lateral carinae, punctate. Fore wing with areolet petiolate. Radius intercepting stigma before its middle. Second recurrent vein with a single bulla. Nervellus intercepted below middle. Nervulus interstitial. Femur length 6.67 × its width; ratio of segments 1-5 of hind tarsus 5.5: 2.7: 1.7: 1: 1.2. Claws pectinate with height teeth ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ). Propodeum only with weak basal and apical transverse carinae, shagreened ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ).

Metasoma shiny, punctate. First metasomal tergite straight and elongate; its width 0.21 × its length; without shallow longitudinal impressions; bordered by lateral longitudinal carinae; medial longitudinal carinae absent. Glymma not extremely deep. Second metasomal tergite with longitudinal carina at base, elongate. Subgenital plate with single deep notch ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ). Parameres large, scoop-like. Aedeagus broad in proximal part, with projections. Tip of aedeagus bent at right angle as an adze-like blade, forming flat area.

Coloration. Body yellowish ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ). Antennal flagella (except base ventrally), occiput, mesoscutum, middle part of scutellum, upper edge of mesopleuron, metanotum, macula on propodeum, dorsal part of hind tibia, and first metasomal tergite (except apical margin) blackish. Mandibles, face and fore trochanters whitish. Stigma brown.
