This cosmopolitan species was first described from Ireland but is widespread in temperate countries ( Palmer 1975; Alavi 2020) including Saudi Arabia (Rasool et al. 2021). It feeds and breeds on various species of Poaceae View in CoL .
Material studied. Al Baha. three females from Poaceae , 22.ix.2020, ( BT), Rasool, I.; Khairah park , one female from Poaceae , 10.ix.2020, ( BT), (Mirza, J.H) .
