1. Prodorsal shield not extending posterior to the level of scapular setae se and si or slightly extending beyond that level between bases of setae si ( Figs. 1 View FIGURE 1 A, 2A). In males, setae ps1 filiform or with filiform apices................................ 2

- Prodorsal shield well developed posterior to the level of scapular setae, postero-lateral angles well expressed ( Figs. 4 View FIGURE 4 A, 5A). In males, setae ps1 of various shapes (spiculiform, lanceolate, or foliform) but without filiform apex...................... 3

2. Prodorsal shield not extending posterior to the level of scapular setae se and si. In males, genital apparatus short and not extending beyond the level of epimerites IIIa, setae e2 filiform, setae f2 and ps2 subequal in length. - Median part of prodorsal shield slightly extending beyond the level of scapular setae between bases of setae si ( Figs. 1 View FIGURE 1 A, 2A). In males, genital apparatus distinctly extending beyond the level of epimerites IIIa; setae e2 narrowly lanceolate, setae ps2 twice as long as setae f2. 3. Setae si and c2 spiculiform. In males, dorsal side of chelicerae with curved row of spines directed backward ( Fig. 12 View FIGURE 12 E), genu I with dorsal longitudinal crest with fine indentations, femur I with two large dorsal spines, setae ps1 dilated, sickle-shaped. In females, hysteronotal gland openings gl situated anterior to setae e2; hysteronotal shield uniformly punctuated, without weakly sclerotized and ornamented area ( Fig. 11 View FIGURE 11 A).................................................. - Setae si and c2 short filiform. In males, chelicerae not modified, without spines, legs I without any crests or spines, setae ps1 straight, narrowly lanceolate or spiculiform. 4. In males, setae f2 and ps1 narrowly lanceolate (about 5 µm wide), lateral margins of opisthosoma posterior to setae e2 with small concavities, corolla of adanal suckers with indentations ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 A).
