Diagnosis

Forewing length 16.5 mm. Forewing upperside cell spots conjoined, lower one larger and rounded; spot in space CuA1 largest, narrow, basally oblique, distally concave; without male stigma.

Male genitalia ( Figs. 37−41 View FIGURES 37 − 41 ): Tegumen without socius; uncus thin and long; saccus short and broad; valva with ventrodistal process pointed distally; aedeagus with suprazonal sheath slightly shorter than subzonal sheath; juxta U-shaped and each arm bifurcated.

Distribution

China (Fujian, Guangdong).

Remarks

The species, recorded as S. coniata by Huang (2001), was described by Devyatkin in 2004 as a new species from Fujian. It is similar to S. lyso , but can be distinguished by having the cell spots conjoined and its peculiar horn-shaped juxta.
