Grande Fourmi, tres banale en Afrique occidentale et centrale. Contrairement a la pre- cedente, elle est plutot de basses regions: Yalanzou (tres commune), Thio, Keoulenta, Se- rengbara, Nion, N'Zo, Camp IV a 1.000 m. (abondante). Plus rare au releve T 125 et au Mont To, 1.600 m.
