Distribution. Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia (Antioquia, Chocó, Caquetá, Cundinamarca, Magdalena, Meta, Santander, Tolima), Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, Trinidad, Venezuela ( Ohl 2004; Ardila-Camacho & García 2015).
