Report as epibiont on bryozoans: This species was described as epibiont on marine bryozoan Furcellaria sp. in Kiel Bay, the North Sea ( Precht 1935).
Reamrks: The species was also listed as planktonic ciliate in the Baltic Sea ( Mironova et al. 2009) but this find needs verification.
