Diagnosis: after Righi (1971)

Setae in eight longitudinal lines. Intra-clitellar male pores. Non-pedunculated calciferous glands of lamellar structure between segments IX–XIV. Spermathecae present. One pair of testes in XI. Ovaries in XIII. A pair of long seminal vesicles in XII.

Type species. Atatina puba Righi, 1971 .
