Distribution: This globally widespread species is known from Europe, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Canada, Mexico, U.S.A., Argentina, Chile, Afghanistan, China, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Mongolia, Russia, Uzbekistan, Australia and New Zealand (Háva, 2024). A single record is now confirmed as a new country record for Lebanon.
