Stalius tartareus (Stål, 1862) [ Fig. 45]

Distribution. Mexico, Panama, and Colombia. Distribution in Colombia. Unknown. This species was recorded for Colombia by Rolston (1992), but without specific locality.

Remarks. Stalius tartareus has the metasternum with a slight carina, and the scutellum short with the apex attaining the penultimate abdominal segment.
