Distribution. Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, French Guiana, and Brazil.
Distribution in Colombia. Chocó.
Remarks. Rhyncolepta grandicallosa has a pale callosity on the anterolateral margins of the pronotum, and on the basal and distal portions of the scutellum.
