In Africa known from Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Yemen and Northern Africa ( Azevedo et al. 2010; Olmi 2005a; Olmi and Copeland 2011; Olmi et al. 2015).
