Remarks: This and all the other species described in the same paper by Tullberg were usually attributed to 1876 according to the inscription on the title page “Meddeladt [announced] den 10 Maj 1876”. Nevertheless, the whole volume 33 of Öfversigt af Kongliga Vetenskaps Akademiens F ӧrhandlingar was actually published in 1877, whereas “10 Maj 1876” was the date of its presentation at a meeting of the Royal Scientific Academy (F. Janssens, pers. comm.).
General distribution: Western Nearctic and Northern Palaearctic.
