Collasuyusana recurvata View in CoL , sp. nov.
( Plate 1E, Figs. 33–39)
Length. Male 7.60 mm, female unknown.
External morphology. Slender species. General color black with small, dull yellow spots on veins of forewings, costa dull yellow, eyes grey to brown, face black (Plate IE). Head distinctly narrower than pronotum, anterior margin obtusely angulate; crown very narrow, about ½ width of eyes, produced anteriorly about 1/5 of entire median length, lateral margins slightly carinate, disk depressed; eyes large, semi-globular, occupying more than 2/ 3 of entire dorsal area of head; pronotum with median length equal to median length of crown, surface bullated; mesonotum with median length nearly twice median length of pronotum; forewings typical; clypeus elongate, narrowed near antennal sockets, slightly depressed medially; clypellus short, about 2/5 as long as clypeus, base narrower than base of clypeus, slightly inflated basally, apex expanded.
Male genitalia. Pygofer in lateral view narrow with two caudal processes, caudodorsal process short, robust, slightly sinuate, caudoventral process very long, narrow, membranous, extending beyond apex of caudodorsal process ( Fig. 33); right subgenital plate in ventral view long, narrow, outer lateral margin expanded subdistally, profusely setose in distal half ( Fig. 34); style in dorsal and lateral views very long, narrow, slightly inflated in distal 1/ 3 ( Figs. 35, 36); aedeagus in lateral view narrow, tubular throughout, shaft broadly curved between subbase and subapex, recurved subbasally to form distinct loop, recurved subapically with prominent, sinuate, sharply pointed spine distally ( Fig. 37), in dorsal view narrow, straight, apical spine slightly curved, gonopore subapical ( Fig. 38); connective small, Y-shaped, without stem ( Fig. 39); dorsal connective in dorsal and lateral views with semicircular arms enclosing aedeagal shaft medially, stem very broad in dorsal view, attached distally to basal loop of aedeagus, in lateral view, apex with shallow bifurcation ( Figs. 37, 38).

Etymology. This species name is descriptive for the tubular, recurved base and angulate, recurved apex of the aedeagus in lateral view.
Remarks. This species is most similar to C. lanceolata , n. sp. and can be distinguished by the color patterns on the forewings, the tubular, recurved base of the aedeagus and the more slender subgenital plate ( Figs. 37, 34, respectively).
