[Author’s Note: According to Ms Lisa Bartels ( CNC), neither the holotype nor allotype are housed in the Hull collection, yet there is one specimen labelled ‘paratype’, not mentioned in the original description. Consequently, the holotype and allotype are presumed to have been destroyed by “pests” and the paratype presumably will need to be elevated to neotype status.]
